TA800 Ammonia Nitrogen Analyzer adopts Nessler Reagent Spectrophotometry to select the water quality detection item. The imported solid-state cold light source emits the light source signal to the sensor,processed by RAM processor. The sample concentration value is directly fed back and displayed in mg/L.
Principle:
Principle of ammonia nitrogen determination (Nessler's reagent method): Ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ion reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a reddish brown complex. The content of ammonia nitrogen in water sample is determined according to the ratio of the absorbance of the complex to the content of ammonia nitrogen.
