In general, all mechanical devices that are installed under the false ceiling of the building need access and inspection doors for periodic services or repairs. Therefore, inspection doors are used to access these equipments. The aluminum fan coil inspection door is used for ventilation devices such as fan coils and split ducts.
If the return air suction of these devices is through the return channel, these inspection doors do not need a grill or groove, but if the return air suction is from under the device, the inspection door needs a grill or groove.
Fan coil inspection doors are divided into two general categories: Siemens lock and hinge and weighted fan coil inspection doors. Final cover and valve installation under the fan coil
Like most of the valves produced in this collection, an automatic screw is used to install this product, and instead of a screw (treasure), it is created before applying the color coating on the valve frame. It is better to install this valve on a wooden or metal frame to be sure, and if the valve is installed directly on plaster, there is a possibility of the valve loosening over time.
In order to install this valve on false walls with dry materials (Kenaf, etc.), it must be ensured that special false ceiling profiles are used around the opening of the valve for strength and reliable connection of the valve to the wall.
For the final coating of these valves, electrostatic furnace colors are used. After the production process, in order to remove any grease dust and other particles, the valves are acid washed, and after applying the desired undercoating (it is selected according to the type of metal and a different coating is used for each type of metal), they are placed on the Kamwire spraying line and the furnace. Such overcooking of the paint causes the color to change and also make it dull.
