Acoustic ventilation louvre

Acoustic louvres (acoustic ventilation louvres) are designed as a part of the building's air intake and exhaust system to help reduce the noise produced by the system's equipment and also act as a barrier. Acoustic louvres reduce noise pollution caused by cooling towers, boiler rooms and air conditioning systems and can play an important role in dealing with environmental noise problems in commercial and residential buildings.
Like duct sound absorbers, acoustic louvres should be selected by specialists and mechanical engineers or acoustic consultants. In addition to engineering issues such as flow rate and pressure drop, environmental issues such as the entry of rain and snow, resistance to weather conditions, and the entry of living organisms must also be considered in the design.
According to the mentioned materials, determining the sound level, the type of sound absorber, the level of the sound level of the place and estimating the amount of sound reduction by the sound absorber requires high knowledge and experience.

consuming materials:

These valves can be ordered from aluminum profile, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet and steel sheet.
• The thickness of the profile used in these louvres is generally 2 mm sheet for blades and 2 mm sheet for frame.
It is necessary to pay attention to this point that the depth of acoustic louvres is generally 30 cm.
The width of the edge of the louvre frame is usually 4 cm, if the customer requests, it is possible to make the frame with any width.

Installation requirements:

Due to industrial installation by the buyer, this valve does not have additional parts for installation.

Installation instructions:

Acoustic louvres, like valves, are installed by the relevant frame in their place inside the wall of the building, the doors and openings considered. The hole in the frame of the louvres must be done by the buyer on site. For loose walls or more assurance of the strength of the installed louver, a suitable iron frame should be considered inside the installation opening, and then according to the internal dimensions of this frame, the louver is ordered to be ventilated, and finally the louver is connected to this iron frame with screws. In cases of direct installation on normal walls, it is necessary to use plate roll. Since the blades of this valve are fixed, after installation and ensuring complete and correct installation, there will be no need to start.

Dimensional limitations of construction:

Maximum length (one piece): 200 cm. Maximum width (one piece): 200 cm
Minimum length: 60 cm, minimum width: 60 cm
The standard production dimensions are as follows, but it is possible to produce louvres in the desired size of the customer in the range of dimensions mentioned above, without any restrictions.

Final cover:

Color:
Because louvres are mainly used on the facade of the building, it is not common to paint louvres. The louvres are acid-washed and offered to the customer without any color coating. But upon request, it is possible to paint the louvres.
Anadize:
Louvers can be provided with anodized coating upon customer's request.
Other covers:
If requested and there is a possibility of corrosion by edible materials, epoxy coating can be used for dampers.

Accessories:

• Washable aluminum filter with 1 inch or 2 inch size, in places where the air entering the building should be free of dust as much as possible.
• Mosquito net in places where fine dust should be prevented from entering the environment.

packing:

Ventilation louvres are usually provided without any packaging, but upon request, it is possible to pack these louvres in the following ways:
1- Packing in plastic wrap with the company's logo or bubble wrap
2- Packing in wooden pallets
3- Packing in a wooden box
