It is a kind of micro fiber wool with a single fiber diameter of 0.3-5um produced by melting and drawing glass blocks or glass balls containing 55%-61% SiO2 through high-speed high-temperature flame-spraying process.
According to the single fiber diameter, it is divided into: 0.75um, 1um, 1.5um, 2um, 2.5um, 3um.
The basic corresponding values of different beating degrees and single fiber diameters are as follows:
24° are mainly concentrated in 2.5-3um.
29° are mainly concentrated in 1.7-2.4um.
39° are mainly concentrated in 0.5-1um.
44° are mainly concentrated in 0.4-1um.
49° are mainly concentrated in 0.3-0.9um.
The product is a resource-based natural gas consuming product, and is a necessary raw material for the production of AGM battery separator, air and liquid filter insulation and cold isolation VIP plates.
The finished product is like wool, no smell with performances as below:
