Neutralization free scouring agent LB

This product is mainly used for 100°C-110°C high temperature and low alkali free neutralization and rapid bleaching of cotton yarn and fabric. It can control the pH value of the bleaching residue to near neutral while obtaining ideal whiteness and capillary effect, reduce the number of subsequent washings, eliminate the neutralization process, thereby shortening the process flow and reducing the water and electricity consumption.

[Functions]

1. Activate hydrogen peroxide, promotes the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and significantly improves the whiteness and capillary effect of the fabrics.

2. Stabilize hydrogen peroxide, controls the inefficient decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and reduces the strength loss of the fabric.

3. Used in combination with hydrogen peroxide, the system has strong oxidative degradation and can effectively remove impurities such as slurry, cotton wax and pectin.

4. Compared with the traditional bleaching process, energy saving and water saving is more than 30%, simple operation which can shorten the processing time and reduce the comprehensive cost.

[Properties]

Appearance: blue transparent liquid

Ionicity: Anionic

pH Value: 8.0±1.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

[Recommended dosage]

High temperature and low alkali free neutralization and rapid scouring and bleaching process:

Neutralization free scouring agent LB: 1.0-2.0%

Sodium hydrate (solid): 0.5-1.0%

30% hydrogen peroxide: 5.0-10.0%

Chelating disperse agent: 0-1.0%

liquor ratio: 10:1, rise temperature by 2-3°C/min, 110°C*30min or 100°C*45min, drainage, deoxidation and then dyeing

[Packaging]

50kg or 120kg/pack in plastic drum, stored in cool and ventilated place to prevent heat, moisture and exposure, 6 months storage.
