Using continuous melting process and advanced automatic production control system, KGT104-Opaque Quartz Glass Tube is produced by high pure silica powder (99.5%). It has many good characteristics, such as smooth surface, no broken air bubbles and air lines, stable physical and chemical properties. As the first choice of infrared heating material, KGT104-Opaque Quartz Glass Tube can be used in heaters, microwave oven, electrical baking oven, sterilization container, and other consumer or industrial infrared application.
Using rotation fusion process, we can produce some special diameter and thickness opaque quartz glass tube. At present, our max diameter is 1000mm, and thickness is 35mm. This kind of large diameter opaque quartz glass tube is mainly used as baking furnace tube, industrial pipeline, and so on.
According to customer’s requirements, we can cut, bend, seal, polish, and similar processing.
