Phenolic Paper Laminates
Made of insulation paper impregnated with phenolic resin in baking, pressing and curing. Widely used as insulating structure parts in motor, electrical equipment and can be used in transformer oil.
Suitable for being the backup board for PCB, switch cabinet, jag board, die splint, packing machine, high frequency welding machine, forming machine, drilling machine and table grinding machine, etc.

Characteristics & Applications:
3020, PFCP202: Primarily intended for higher voltage instruments, with good electrical properties in oil and under normal
conditions, PFCP202 is better than 3020.
3021, 3021B, 3021C, PFCP203: 3021 and PFCP203 are suitable for mechanical & electrical applications, with good electrical properties in oil and under normal conditions; 3021B, 3021C are two derived types from 3021, with lower properties, and lower price, they are economical types products of 3021. 3021 and PFCP203 can be applicable for hot punching.
PFCP201, X：Primarily intended for mechanical use, extensively as test instruments of PCB and electric parts, applicable for hot punching
PFCP207, XPC:Primarily intended for cold punching and shearing, similar to PFCP201 but with good punching practice under lower temperature, used for drilling backup board, PCB supporing frame, and so on.
