Taha Strainer

Taha strainer is a new and unique product from the knowledge-based company Taha Tos. The special and innovative design of this strainer makes it a different product from common strainers in the industry. This distinctive yet simple product is used in a wide range of applications to separate particles from water and other liquids.
The shape and size of the conical plate makes the Taha strainer more efficient than conventional strainers. The design of the strainer is such that the large conical plate provides a larger surface area compared to basket strainers on the market (three to five times).
The internal flow patterns of the strainer push the heavy particles to the bottom of the tank. When the water enters the strainer body from the bottom and flows upwards, the heavy particles are pushed down and away from the conical plate, into the space at the bottom of the strainer. The collected particles are then discharged through the discharge port under pressure without interrupting the downstream flow. This draining is done by ball valve and manually (standard option).
The type of screen can be selected according to the customer's needs. There are a variety of options from large mesh mesh sheets to fine mesh metal mesh (the mesh is supported by the mesh sheet). The screens are also supported by a suitable frame to make them last longer.
Taha strainer is fantastically optimized. All models have a pressure drop of less than 0.07 bar at maximum flow rate when they are clean (water fluid, mesh screen). The strainer body comes with two gauge ports as standard, which allows maintenance personnel to monitor the pressure difference due to the internal plate. A pressure difference of 0.5 bar can be considered as a good time to clean the conical plate. If you need to clean the screen, the cover is easily opened.
