Depending on customer specifications, steel, stainless steel, copper, non-ferrous metals and plating made of precious metals are processed. At the customer's request, materials with special physical properties, such as special expansion behavior and magnetism, can also be used for our deep-drawn sleeves.
Our precise deep-drawn parts are produced on transfer presses with up to 18 production stages as well as in complex progressive dies. As an assembly, the parts can also be connected with brackets, limits, stops and other mechanically required parts. A heat treatment of the parts is also possible, as is the coating of the parts with a chemical or galvanic surface.
