The use of proper plating tubs, whether in design or geometric form, in terms of the type of raw material and physical structure, and its suitability to the plating conditions, the shape of the plating parts and the type of coating is of great importance.
Due to the high demand of the plumbing industry owners and the need for tubs in accordance with what is currently used in advanced countries, Iran Board Electronics, with technical support from Schlotter Germany for the first time, launched a unit in Iran. Manufacture of tubs and tanks of polypropylene (PP) using high quality raw materials, modern equipment and extrusion welding technology, under DVS 2212 standard.
All consumables in the tubing sector are from top European companies including SIMONA Germany and Welding Equipment from WEGENER Germany and in cooperation with the aforementioned companies and technical support of SchlÖtter Germany.
The tub design calculations are carried out under the German Welding Society (DVS) standard and related software.
All tubs manufactured are inspected and tested by non-destructive inspection equipment prior to delivery to the customer.
