Flow calibration is not only based on the measurement of a point or only the measurement based on the flow rate. The amount of fluid flow is expressed in terms of volume or mass units. The flowmeter under test may differ from the number read from the reference depending on the working conditions of the fluid (such as pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc.). In fact, a set of factors such as the type of fluid, flow rate, factors affecting the physical properties of the fluid, and the reference flow rate are what make up the calibration.
⚙️ Since the above factors directly affect the performance of flow measurement equipment, calibration must be done in specific conditions that are usually described in the calibration certificate.

Arshaya Control Instrument Calibration Laboratory - a partner laboratory of the Standards Department that provides calibration services for all types of flowmeters and repairs, modification of the flow range and scaling of all types of rotameters.
In 2013, the calibration laboratory of Arshiya Control Instruments Company succeeded in obtaining the certificate of approval of the partner laboratory, and in 2007, it succeeded in obtaining the ISO-17025 certificate from the National Standards Organization of Iran. In this laboratory, by using a set of equipment and reference flowmeters, including electromagnetic flowmeters and orifice flowmeters with high accuracy, the flowmeters under test are tested and a calibration certificate is issued. In this regard, the necessary software to calculate the flow rate and the necessary corrections are produced and used by Arshaya Control Tools Company.
Acceptance conditions:
* If the calibration expert of Arshaya Control Tools Company during the visual inspection and calibration operation notices the basic problems that cannot be fixed, the calibration certificate will not be issued for that equipment and 50% of the calibration cost will be charged from the customer. Customer requests 100% of the calibration fee is received.
* Due to the impossibility of testing the equipment upon delivery, the laboratory has no responsibility for the mechanical and electronic performance of the equipment, and if any defects are found, the customer will be notified in writing.
* Calibration certificate will be issued for 5 points in the range of equipment and if more points are needed, the cost of additional items will be added to the proforma invoice.
* In equipment with a digital indicator of the power supply circuit and the output signal, it must be provided by the customer during the delivery of the equipment.
* When delivering the equipment, the customer is allowed to make sure that it is healthy. Obviously, after the delivery and departure of the equipment, the laboratory will not bear any responsibility.
* If the customer requests to send the equipment in writing or verbally, this laboratory will not bear any responsibility for transporting the equipment.
