Orifice

How to operate Orifice:Orifice is one of the most commonly used methods of measuring the flow and is based on the difference in pressure between the two sides of the aperture due to the increase in fluid flow rate, which is based on Bernoulli law. According to the Bernoulli law, the total pressure drop, drop in velocity, and drop in height at a point equal to their sum elsewhere, plus the resulting friction between those two points. Reducing fluid pressure when crossing the Erases is due to increased velocity in this area, and when the velocity starts to decrease, the pressure starts to increase in proportion to this decrease. The orifice discharge coefficient represents the ratio of the actual flow to the drain coefficient of the theory. This coefficient is defined due to friction losses and the effects of viscosity and flow disturbances.Application:Orifice sheet One of the widest measurement tools in many industries, such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, refineries, power plants, is to measure flow and reduce pressure and because of its simplicity, reasonable price and high reliability.
