High-speed turbochargers are one of the most sensitive rotary equipment used in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. The design of the equipment is based on the main shaft rotation and transmission through the gearbox to the rotors. It is a limited company of domestic companies working in the manufacture of high speed rotors.
Different types of semi-open and closed impellers are manufactured using CNC 5 axis and Brazing machining methods, which are installed and put into operation on the turbochargers after additional tests such as Spin Test, Over Speed and Balance. The implants are coupled to a Hirth Joint shaft which, due to the locking coupling form of the couplings, creates a self-centering feature. Due to its high torque transfer capability, it is used in very precise applications despite its low junction diameter and precision in axle positioning. Hirth Serrations are machined using special tools on a four-axis CNC milling machine.
