If the exterior installation space is limited, VX cooling towers are a reasonable choice for indoors due to their compact design and static pressure capability for centrifugal fans. Dimensional diversity and one-way fan design allow for the capacity to be incorporated into the existing space.
Because the centrifugal fans embedded in the device are inherently quiet, the use of VX cooling towers is preferable when low noise levels are considered. Projects that require very low noise performance can be customized using the Voice Reduction Equipment manufactured by Ventilation.
The use of high quality raw materials in construction as well as the choice of materials according to project requirements (anti-corrosion coatings, fire extinguishers, etc.) mean that the VX cooling tower can be used in almost any operating condition.
Due to the fan design, all moving parts are in the dry inlet air stream, which increases product life and reduces maintenance costs. The VX cooling towers use galvanized steel sheet with anti-corrosion coating which is significantly better than conventional galvanized steel.
Due to the ability of automatic washing and large orifice spray nozzles in these towers, they are easy to maintain. All moving parts are located at the bottom of the unit for easy access to repairs.
All the important components of the machine are designed, manufactured and tested by the ventilation company, and all devices are assembled inside the factory to ensure uniform performance and quality.
