PE tanker

Polyethylene tankers are closed containers designed to hold fluid at pressures greater than 1 bar to 7 bar. This pressure can be due to internal pressure caused by fluid or external pressure caused by direct or indirect heating of the tanks.

Pressure difference is a hazardous factor and can be exploded and destroyed due to changes in pressure in the PE tanks. As a result of the design, construction and operation of these tanks, they are subject to legal supervision by engineering organizations. Important parameters in defining PE tanks are the maximum pressure and the appropriate temperature of the tanks.
Application of PE tanks

These tankers are used in industry as compressed air tanks, water storage tanks, gas storage tanks, pressure chambers,,, spacecraft tanks, submarine tanks, pneumatic tanks, hydraulic tanks, storage tanks for liquefied gases such as ammonia, Chlorine, propane, butane, LPG, etc. are used.

In non-industrial applications, they are used as domestic hot water storage tanks, oxygen tanks, etc. The most widely used polyethylene metanormers are in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
