Manufacture of flanges

Vesta Sanat, with advanced equipment, is capable of producing flanges ranging from 1/2 "to 12" in size from 150 to 250 grades of carbon steel, stainless alloy, high strength carbon and corrosion resistant in H2S sour environments. Based on different requirements of ASTM standard and (NACE MR0175 / ISO15156) resistant to HIC, S is forging method. On the other hand, to achieve the desired mechanical properties in accordance with the required standards, a variety of heat treatment methods such as normal, annealed and quench-tamper are performed on the manufactured flanges.
