Cold tool steel

The tool steels in the steel industry are divided into three distinct categories: low alloy and hardened steels (O) / medium hard alloy steels (A) / high carbon chrome steels (D).
These steels are not hard to maintain at high temperatures but have high abrasion resistance at low temperatures. The hardness depth is high and has little distortion during heat treatment. Removal is possible in complex forms during heat treatment and is more economical to use at low temperatures.
