Structural-wise, super-purified starch is a cluster of linear polymers in which the alpha chain bonds of 1 and 4 have made a column out of glucose units and sub branches with alpha 1 and 6. Starch is stored in the molecule as energy. Starch sources are found in most fruits, cereals and tuberous crop (Potatoes). The four main sources of starch are: corn, potatoes, wheat and rice.
Uses of wheat starch:

Food industry: Meat products, glucose production, dairy products, edible sauces, noodles, ice cream, cake, sweets, and chocolate.
