Negin saffron is in fact a special kind of saffron, in which the three-pointed strands of red and thick chalk and without creamy part (yellow) are separated from existing strands and bulk saffron is produced. Negin saffron is the richest and most expensive type of saffron and has the highest dyeing power (between 230 and 270 units).
In the means of quality, this saffron has a variety of Super Negin (grade 1), New Negin (grade 2) and Pseudo Negin (grade 3).
