Flow Through Rotary Airlocks are used in wide range of applications. The material enters from the top and exits from the bottom flange of rotary valve. Blow through rotary valves are used in pneumatic transport systems. They are suitable for transferring sticky powdered materials. The material enters from the top and exits from side flange and transferred to conveying pipe. For very abrasive bulk solids like fly ash, cement and sand, the rotor blades and inner housing of airlock are built from hardox steel. Closed end rotors reduce air leakage. They prevent wear on side covers of airlock when handling abrasive materials.
AsiaKar rotary valves are designed for use as an airlock in dust collector material discharge, material metering device for pneumatic conveyor and other powder feeding purposes. Its internal chamber, vane tips and shaft and bearing bores are precisely lathed. Tolerance between vane tips and internal wall can be as close as one tenth of a millimeter, depending on application and requirement.

Rotary Feeders are used to meter material into pressure or vacuum conveying lines in applications where stack-up height is limited or where conveying air passing through the vanes assists in material discharge.
Application Areas:
(1).Silo Discharge:-The rotary valve placed under the silo or dust collection system is used to control the bulk solid discharge.
(2).Dosage Control:-By controlling the rotation speed of the airlock feeder, volumetric metering and dosing of granular solids is achieved.
(3).Pneumatic Transportation:-The airlock mounted under a cyclone is used for discharging the cyclone.
(4).Pneumatic Transportation:-Rotary valves mounted under cyclones, silos or hoppers are used to feed the pneumatic conveying line.
