Supply of iron corners at market floor prices by Tawfiqi Steel Industries
Iron corner is a cross section that is used in various structures.
Corner is one of the most important building profiles that is used in composite and single buildings. Iron corners are used to connect bridges to columns or beams to load-bearing beams, as well as to connect columns to slabs in foundations, etc. Also, in some structures, such as the structures related to elevators, crushed iron corners are used, which is called the bite corner.
Production process of various types of iron corners
Corners are produced in two general ways at the time of production. They are either obtained by bending steel sheets or leaving the production line in the form of a corner.
Pressed steel corner
The production of pressed steel corners is such that, first, the steel sheets produced by cold rolling are cut in lengths of 6 meters. The cut sheets are then bent (by means of a press) from the middle of their width. The end product of this process is called corner pressing.
Production angles in the pressing process are approved in ISIRI13968-1 and GOST8510 standards.
Fabric corner
As mentioned, the corners that come out of the production line in the production process from the very beginning are called factory corners.
