I Composite Hardfaced Plates and Components

Wide variety of components in Iron ore, copper and other mining fields together with cement and concrete production lines are subjected to continuous abrasion and erosion.

The critical components such as reclaimers, stackers, transportation chutes, extraction fans, scrubbers, ducts, sieves, sinter crushing stars and bars, DRI plant components, rock ladders, distribution channels, pipes, shovel mixers, charge hoppers, hopper and bell in mining and steel industry and separators, fans, feed tubes, chutes, liners, elbows in cement industry are subjected to various wear conditions.
In order to protect these components from abrasion, erosion and high temperature oxidation, Aliaj Joosh has designed a number of specific products. The product range varies from high volume fraction chromium carbides for two and three-body abrasion to finely distributed complex carbides for high temperature erosion.
