It has a special formula, consisting of 80% antibacterial Leptosperm honey, along with 20% high-viscosity wax gel composition, so it has a high shelf life in body heat and wound secretions and helps in autolytic debridement. It is very easy to use and separates from the wound without causing trauma.
Important Note: Due to the presence of wax and the formation of a white protective layer in sinusoidal and inaccessible wounds, it is better not to use.
Indications:
Necrotic tissue and progenitors in wound (dead tissue)
Superficial wound healing
