Application
Chlorhexidine-based antibacterial foam specifically for washing, cleansing and disinfecting the skin as well as bathing patients in bed to decrease microbial load and decolonize microorganisms from skin with no need to rinsing. Since intensive care units (ICU, ...) are highly risky in terms of nosocomial infections, so using of the DERMOSEPT BW foam for disinfecting and cleansing skin and body of patients admitted in these units who are susceptible to nosocomial infections can prevent and dramatically reduce nosocomial infections.

Method of using
Firstly, apply the foam on a soft cleaning fabric or very fine sponge. And gently cleanse the patient's skin, especially in the body folds and contaminated and colonized areas (such as the armpit and groin). No need to rinse. After finishing the work, the locality should be cleansed with a towel or clean wet wipe. treat patient's body from neck to down once or twice in a week.
Note: In the case of using DERMOSEPT BW for the wound cleansing, afterward, wash the wound location with normal saline.
Ingredients
2% chlorhexidine gluconate, glycerin, skin conditioner, deionized water and authorized additives

Handling and storage
- Store in a dry environment at +5 to +35 °C
- Don’t be exposed to flame and direct sunlight or heat
