Oxygen mask is designed to carry respiratory oxygen gas from a storage tank to the lungs to get enough oxygen to the body tissues. The oxygen mask covers the nose and mouth and is attached to the back of the head with a plastic strap from the side of the ear. It is light and transparent, allowing transparency to allow the patient's face to be seen by a physician for evaluation.
The non-breathable oxygen mask has a bag attached to an external oxygen tank. This mask is used for patients with physical trauma, chronic airway restriction, cluster headaches, smoke inhalation, and carbon monoxide poisoning, or any other patient who needs high-flow oxygen.
