Uses of Limofix Sealing Concrete Adhesive
TA410 greatly enhances the quality of cement mortar and is used in the following cases:
Method of Use :
A) For mortar or concrete: You can mix Limofix sealing concrete adhesive in some water and then add it to ready-mixed concrete, or add it directly to the mortar before concreting and concreting after complete mixing.
Notes:
1- Consumable aggregate should have good granulation and be thoroughly washed. The size of the sand grains should be proportional to the thickness of the mortar layer and the finished surface. The following granulations are recommended for different thicknesses.
2- Curing and preventing freezing are important points.
B) Preparation of bonding slurry:
Mix one cup of Limofix sealing concrete adhesive with 5 cups of cement and add water to make a dilute and workable mixture. Apply the prepared slurry on the desired surface with a stiff brush.
C) Preparation of repair mortar and staining
Mix one cup of Limofix sealing concrete adhesive with 5 cups of TP623 (concrete repairer) and add water if necessary to obtain a workable paste. Apply the resulting paste on the desired surface or areas provided by a spatula or roll.
