Effect mechanism:
Duramectin is an external and internal antiviral with a broad and long-acting spectrum of lactone macrosilicon. Doramactin acts as a inhibitor of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) neurotransmitter agonists and also binds to chlorine channels with gated chloride channels (Glutamate). In both cases, the transmission of neural signals to the parasites is blocked, leading to paralysis and death of the parasite.
Due to the fact that hepatic worms (Flukes) and broadworms do not use GABA as a neurotransmitter, so doramactin does not affect them.
Indications:
Doramactin is used to treat and control internal and external parasitic infections in livestock
Beef, lamb:
Ph.D. CtDectomectin for the control and treatment of gastric and intestinal infections caused by gastrointestinal nematodes, pulmonary nematodes, localized infections caused by scabies, monocotyledonous mites, lice, larvae of Measles and nasal parasites
Amount and how to use:
Meat cow: 0.2 1 kg per kilogram of body weight, equivalent to 1 ml per 50 kg body weight.
Sheep fattening: 0.22003 Alg / kg body weight equivalent to 1 to 115 ml per 50 kg body weight وزن.

Do not use in animals whose milk is used for human consumption
prohibited usage:
Ph.D. EDectomectin is only used for fattening livestock and its use is prohibited in livestock whose milk is consumed by humans.
The drug should be discontinued in pregnant animals 2 months before delivery
Precautions:
Do not use the recommended dose in higher doses. Consumption of more than the recommended amount leads to poisoning with neurological symptoms such as ataxia and depression.
