Forward fan centrifuge (single and double)

This type of fan (blower) is blown by the centrifugal force and the inlet air is perpendicular to the exhaust air. (The air inlet and outlet angle is 90 degrees.)
Centrifugal fans are the most commonly used fans in the industry.
In this group of fans, the air moves towards the blades, the kinetic energy condenses before entering the outlet section, and the air pressure increases.
Centrifugal fans are used for currents containing particles (moisture and dust) to transfer materials as well as high temperature systems.
Types of connection to the electric motor:

Direct connection: In this type of connection, the electro-motor shaft is connected directly to the impeller.

Foley Belt Connection: In this type of connection, power is transmitted from the electromotor by the foils to the fan impeller. In this system, bearings play an important role in transmission.

The body of these devices is made of galvanized sheet or ST-37 steel or stainless steel and is produced from 180 mm to 1600 mm size.
