General description of the device:
The mechanism of operation of the device is based on the combination of gas with oxygen in the air and the production of carbon dioxide and water vapor + the release of a large amount of heat.
Accurate calculation of the ratio of oxygen and gas is very important to perform the desired reaction (if the reaction is incomplete, poisonous carbon monoxide gas is produced.)
It has a stove flow adjustment cap that acts as a two-way valve (on the one hand, it directs the combustion products to the chimney and on the other hand, it prevents the wind from entering the combustion chamber from the chimney).
It has a safety pilot system (ODS) that reduces the amount of oxygen if the chimney is blocked and combustion products are thrown back. (This safety system cuts off the incoming gas).
Device performance:
If the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment increases from 1.5%, this system automatically cuts off the gas supply so that the carbon dioxide does not exceed the permissible limit. At the time of gas cut, the amount of toxic pollutants such as carbon monoxide is also within the permissible limit.
The adjustment cap has a screen that prevents the wind from reaching the burner and extinguishing it during storms and strong winds.
Equipped with a flame monitoring system that keeps the gas path open until the heater is turned on by creating an electric current through the heating of the thermocouple and cuts off the gas flow to the heater as soon as the flame goes off.

Gas pressure regulator: This governor is installed to adjust the gas pressure to the heater and create optimal fuel conditions and the correct operation of the ODS pilot and the gas inlet to the heater.
Ambient oxygen reduction monitoring system (ODS): This system is defined in boilers with chimneys based on the amount of carbon dioxide, because when the chimney is withdrawn and its smoke is blocked, the gases from combustion are transferred to the operating environment and cause an increase in the amount of carbon dioxide, increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide. Carbon oxide dilutes the oxygen in the air, and at this time, the ODS pilot, which is sensitive to the amount of oxygen, cuts off the gas path and turns off the steam.
Gas inlet strainer: In the gas inlet to the heater, a suitable strainer is installed to prevent impurities from entering the pipe, this is especially important for the ODS pilot, and it prevents the orifice (hole) from clogging and the pilot from shutting down.
The models of the fireplace have firewood (refractory ceramic) which, in addition to heat transfer by displacement, is also able to transfer heat by radiation, which increases the penetration of heat into the body.
