General description of the device:
The mechanism of operation of the device is based on the combination of gas with oxygen in the air and the production of carbon dioxide and water vapor + the release of a large amount of heat. Accurate calculation of the ratio of oxygen and gas is very important to carry out the desired reaction (if the reaction is incomplete, poisonous carbon monoxide gas is produced). It works (on the one hand, it directs the materials resulting from combustion to the chimney and on the other hand, it prevents the entry of wind from the chimney into the combustion chamber). Also, this heater has a safety pilot system (ODS) that reduces the amount of oxygen in case of chimney blockage and combustion products recoiling. (This safety system cuts off the incoming gas).
Device safety system function:
If the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment increases from 1.5%, this system automatically cuts off the gas supply so that the carbon dioxide does not exceed the permissible limit. At the time of gas cut, the amount of toxic pollutants such as carbon monoxide is also within the permissible limit.
The adjustment cap has a screen that prevents the wind from reaching the burner and extinguishing it during storms and strong winds.
Equipped with a flame monitoring system that keeps the gas path open until the heater is turned on by creating an electric current through the heating of the thermocouple and cuts off the gas flow to the heater as soon as the flame goes off.
