Minoxidil dilates the peripheral blood vessels directly of the capillaries and when used topically on the scalp, it stimulates hair growth and is used in the treatment of alopecia.
Alopecia (male pattern hair loss) has many causes, but androgenetic hair loss (Androgenetic Alopecia) is the most common form of it. Over time, the growth phase of the hair follicle (anagen) in the hair growth cycle becomes shorter and the hair follicles become shorter and smaller. Alopecia includes hair loss from the hairline in the frontal area of the scalp or hair loss at the top of the scalp, which is usually associated with aging.
Androgenetic hair loss (female pattern alopecia) also occurs in women, and hair loss in women is milder than in men.
Regional hair loss or alopecia areata (alopecia areata) is an autoimmune disease that includes hair loss in a well-defined and usually circular area, the affected area can be about 21 cm to the entire scalp or the entire body hair. Small or isolated patches of alopecia areata may not require treatment, and in many patients the hair grows back within a few months.

Symptoms of hair growth usually last 4 to 6 months.
The initial hair may be fluffy, soft, colorless, but with continued use of soap, the hair will become the color of other hairs and become thicker.
If you do not see results in hair growth after a reasonable period of use (more than 4 months), consult your doctor.
If treatment is stopped, new hair may fall out within a few months.
How to use: First, massage the entire surface of the scalp with Minoxidil Cytoderm® 1% soap for 2 to 3 minutes and after 5 minutes, wash the scalp with lukewarm water.
