Fan Coil Unit is actually the last part of an air conditioning system. Fan coil is used to supply heat and cold in residential, commercial buildings and industrial workshops. The fan coil includes an axial or centrifugal type blower and a hot and cold heat exchanger (coil) to carry out heat transfer and air conditioning in the form of forced displacement.

The heating and cooling produced by the fan coil device is done by connecting hot and cold water pipes and water return pipes to the engine room. This is done by connecting two pipes to each coil. A hot water inlet pipe from the boiler to supply hot water to the device's heating coil in winter, and a cold water inlet pipe from the chiller to supply cold water to the device's cooling coil in summer. The other pipe is for water return to the engine of the central house.
Fan coils can be controlled both manually by the on/off switch and through the thermostat. Fan coils are produced in different types and according to the location and available space of the building, they can be installed in different ways (ground, wall, ceiling, etc.). Compared to other ventilation systems and similar heating and cooling equipment, these devices are considered a very suitable option in terms of economy and practicality.
