Passenger elevator

Mitsubishi Elevators Co. (Shanghai), along with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan, uses advanced day technologies to produce LEHY-III elevators, which has many advantages, as well as the world market.

Designing this elevator, in addition to its admirable beauty and decoration, high quality and high performance was also the goal of the designers and specialists of Mitsubishi.

1- Generation of new engines (without gearbox):

In the new generation of variable-frequency magnetism (PMSM) engines, new design techniques, punch and rivet systems in the engine core, quality materials and integrated winding have been used that not only increase engine efficiency, reduce power consumption, reduce The noise is reduced, but by shortening the axial distance, the engine size will be significantly reduced.

In the new braking system, discs and large screens, as well as closed-circuit voltage control technology, are used in lieu of open circuit voltage control, which will significantly reduce the noise generated by the brakes, increase safety and comfort in the passenger.

2. Full digital intelligent system:

The use of a fully digital intelligent system instead of a three-phase transformer system.

3. VVVF Round Control System:

The Mitsubishi company, using the latest SVPWM technology, the latest generation of sixth modules, 32-bit digital signal control (DSC) and integrated circuit and all advanced equipment, has made it possible to adjust the speed of the lift and make it work very soft and safe in the true sense. The elevator has been upgraded.

Energy Return Technology:

Mitsubishi elevators, based on the dual PWM control, return the energy consumed by the resistors to the grid, which can save an average of 30% in energy compared to typical VVVF elevators.

5- Small engine room design:

In LEHY III elevators, the dimensions of the engine room are designed with the dimensions of the elevator wells, which saves space in the engine room and increases the use of the building space in comparison with the ordinary engine room, providing easier and safer maintenance.
