Jet water pump

The jet pump has a higher head pressure than similar models. Most use of this pump is for 1 and 2 storey buildings. The discharge rate of this pump (jet pump) is very suitable for a 2-story building with a surface of 5 meters. The important thing to remember about these types of pumps is to use a high pressure switch (automatic control pump) for the initial startup of jet pumps. Due to the high pressure created in the jet water pump, the pump automatically breaks down. So the best way to automate jet pumps is to use a pressure source - single phase automatic switch - five way and manometer.
Pumping system characteristics
head :

In order to deliver fluid at a specified rate from point to point inside a system, the pressure must be sufficient to overcome the resistance of the system, which is called the total head equal to the sum of the static and frictional heads. is .

Static head The static head is the difference between the height of the source (the liquid source) and the destination (the place where the liquid is sent to) the static head is a constant and independent of the liquid discharge.
Its static head is of two types:

A) Static suction head: This head is caused by the suction of the liquid relative to the center line of the pump equal to the vertical distance between the surface of the source fluid and the center line of the water pump. If the liquid level is above the pump's central line (Suction head) is positive and if lower (Suction litf) is negative.

(B) Discharge head is the vertical distance between the pump center line and the fluid surface of the static head.
Friction head:

Due to the friction caused by fluid friction with the inner wall of the pipes, valves, fittings and so on. Frictional head is also called dynamic head loss, which depends on the size of the tube, the sex of the tube, the nature of the fluid, the number of connections and valves. In closed systems (without contact with the atmosphere) there is only a frictional head (no static head)
