Rice flour is made from rice. Freshly harvested rice with husk is called paddy. In order to separate the rice grains from their outer shell, they are taken to rice mills or rice mills. During the process of threshing and turning paddy into white rice, some rice grains are broken, and these broken grains are separated from whole grains by a sieve. A part of these seeds that are not crushed too much are sold as half-grain rice, but the seeds that are broken too much are used to prepare rice flour. Rice flour is produced by grinding these broken grains.
Rice flour can be a suitable substitute for wheat flour for those whose digestion of gluten in their digestive system causes indigestion.
Method of Use:
Rice flour is mostly used in some foods such as soup, soup, coco, cutlet, porridge, children's food and rice sweets.
