Ice cream powder was formulated for the first time in Iran in 1373 and was produced by Ardineh Manufacturing Company of Iran and marketed under the brand name Dihim. This product, which is produced in order to facilitate preparation and reduce the microbial load that is usually present in traditional ice cream preparation methods, is available in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cantaloupe, saffron, orange, pineapple, cherry, banana, charcoal, and chocolate flavors. Darak, Nutella and Nescafe are available in two types of milk base and water base.
Milk-based ice cream powder: Ice cream powder is added to fresh milk.
Water-based ice cream powder: If there is no access to fresh milk, according to the recipe, household sanitary water or mineral water is added to the powder.
In the above ways, ice cream suppliers can satisfy the taste of their customers by adding cream or using milk with the desired fat percentage.
That is, with this method, yesterday's ice cream can be offered to customers with today's technology.
