How to make cocoa sponge cake
ingredients :
Dihim cocoa sponge cake powder 5 kg
Eggs 4 kg
450 grams of water
Recipe: Turn on the oven and set it at 170 degrees Celsius. Mix the mentioned ingredients with a wire mixer for 8 minutes with gear 3 (high speed) and then for 1 minute with gear 1 (low speed). Then pour the mixture into sponge cake containers and put it in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
Note: The oven temperature and cooking time can be changed depending on the type of oven and the size of the mold.
