Greenhouse cellulose pad

Pad and fan cooling system is a cooling system that is used to cool greenhouses and chicken farms in hot and dry areas. In this system, hot and dry air is moistened by passing through cellulose pads. And by exhaust fans that are installed against the direction of the wind, the air passes over the pads and goes outside the greenhouse. During this process, the greenhouse is cooled. Pad and fan cooling system is the most effective method for cooling greenhouse halls and poultry farms in arid and semi-arid areas. The pad and fan system is also called humidity cooling because the basis of these systems is humidity. The pads are installed vertically on the transverse or longitudinal wall of the greenhouse and are moistened by the suction of the pump and continuous pouring of water on them by the pipes placed on top of the pads. The size of this pipe is 1⁄4 inch and its length should not exceed 15 meters. They are usually drilled in every 6 cm of pipe length. The holes are facing upwards for easy ventilation. Under the pads, there is a pad holder frame that collects the excess water passing through the pad and directs it to the water tank and returns it to the system. On the opposite side of the pads, fans (exhaust fan 100 or 140) are installed which, when working, create a relative vacuum inside the greenhouse and air passes through the moist porous cellulose sheets. The passage of air flow through these wet surfaces causes the moisture to evaporate and absorb the heat of the air, as a result the air coming out of these plates will be cooler, which will eventually cool the greenhouse and poultry house. The pads are made of cellulose cardboard grid plates which have a very high efficiency and these plates are connected with the best German adhesives.
