Greenhouse jet heaters or greenhouse rocket heaters are a new generation of heating system and are used for heating in greenhouses, chicken farms, cattle farms, etc. and are mostly used in environments with proper ventilation. Jet heaters are available in exhaust and non-exhaust types. Jet heater is also known as jet heater, rocket heater.

What is a jet heater?
The heater that is purchased for the greenhouse should have unique features so that the greenhouse and greenhouse products do not suffer and provide enough heat for the plants. The heat required for the greenhouse can be provided in several ways, one of which is the use of a jet heater.
Jet heaters are divided into two general categories with a chimney (with exhaust) and without a chimney (without exhaust).
Types of jet heaters in terms of fuel
It depends on the user's opinion what type of fuel to choose.
Gas jet heaters
Diesel jet heater
Dual burner jet heater
Electric jet heater
Types of jet heaters based on the engine
single engine
Two engines
These engines are usually produced by Motogen Tabriz. In two-engine jet heaters, the second engine is responsible for providing oxygen in very polluted environments as well as environments that are lacking oxygen.
The structure of jet heaters is such that the efficiency is close to 100%, but in jet heaters with chimneys, the efficiency is half. At the same time, the fuel consumption of jet heaters is very low. In greenhouses, because the ventilation is weaker than poultry and cattle halls, it is better to use jet heaters with chimneys and gas type so as not to harm the plants. Production pollutants contain sulfur, carbon monoxide and phosphate, which are very harmful to plants and cause wilting and death of flowers and plants. But in poultry and cattle breeding halls, jet heaters without exhaust are used more. In jet heaters without a chimney, all the smoke and pollutants enter the environment, but because there are many strong fans in industrial and large cattle farms and poultry farms, these pollutants are directed outside along with the bad smell inside the hall, which It will not harm animals and birds.
The main components of the greenhouse jet heater
Jet heater body
Jet heaters are available with two steel and galvanized bodies. The jet heater has a galvanized body with static color. But the jet heater with a steel body has more fans because it has a long life and is stainless. Usually, steel bodies are completely resistant to corrosion and oxidation up to a high temperature of about 816 degrees Celsius.
Greenhouse jet fan heater
The fans used in jet heaters are usually made of steel or galvanized and are available with an electrogen motor. The fans usually have 6 fans and their ventilation rate is 3500 cubic meters per hour. Jet heater fans are very resistant to moisture and rust.
Greenhouse jet heater engine
The engines that are installed on these jet heaters are made of aluminum, which will not cause any rust in the engine body and have a useful life of 10 to 15 years. The engines are of motogen and electrogen types.
Greenhouse jet heater fuel pump
One of the important and basic parts of a jet heater is its fuel pump. In diesel jet heaters, the fuel pump is usually the Danish Danfoss pump and has the best performance.
Italian electric valves are also used in gas jet heaters. The working method of this type of jet heaters is such that these solenoid valves move the gas towards the burner at a low speed before turning on, and when the burner is turned on, the gas moves towards the burner at a high speed.
Greenhouse jet heater base
Jet heaters can be installed in two ways depending on the type and place of use
Installation on the base
Can be installed on the ceiling
There are clips on the jet heaters that allow the user to install the jet heater on the roof of the greenhouse, poultry house or any other space without the need for an installer.
