Radial pump of Iran

As a result of centrifugal force and fluid pressure behind them, the pistons are always in contact with the surface of the reaction ring. In order to pump the fluid, the reaction ring must be in an off-center position relative to the rotor axis. As a result of the rotation of the cylinder block and its off-center, the pistons on one side move outwards and the pistons on the other side move inside the cylinder (toward the center of the rotor). In the area where the pistons move away from the center of the rotor, the necessary suction is created and the fluid can be directed into the corresponding cylinders through the inlet channel of the central valve. When the piston passes the maximum off-center position, the reaction ring must move into the cylinder. The reduction in volume created as a result of the displacement of the piston pushes the fluid towards the outlet channel and the central valve. In the types of variable displacement, due to the change of the stroke of the pistons (by adjusting the eccentricity of the reaction ring), the volumetric displacement of the pump is changed.
