The blade switch sensor is used to detect the surface of containers containing foods, powders and solids such as sand and so on. The mechanism, which operates completely mechanically, consists of a metal blade that is constantly rotating and is constantly rotated by the motor inside the sensor unless the materials reach the blade and prevent the blade from stopping. The motor shifts from its axle to stimulate the microswitch and provide the necessary output. Upon release of the blade from the impact, the spring applied to the device returns the motor to its original position, resulting in the switch being released and the blade starting to rotate.
