Useful and efficient capabilities
Three-step automatic answering system
The system allows the caller to be redirected to the desired location without having to call the operator through stored messages and pressing a key. It can also be connected to a group of internals, an out-of-band line (such as a cell phone number), etc., or with the help of messages recorded at DISA without the need for operator guidance even during off-hours. Automatically connect to the fax machine and send your documents.
Pre-made voicemail (BV)
With this system you can easily add voicemail without the need for a separate voicemail and make sure you don't miss the calls and messages of your customers and colleagues.
By customizing your mailbox and recording your favorite messages, you can distribute them to the caller when you are unable to answer calls. Callers can also directly store their messages in your mailbox. Call centers and internal groups in addition to their own mailboxes can use a shared mailbox to send callers' messages, allowing them to spread the message across.
- This feature is possible with the optional Voice Message card.
Caller ID feature
Caller recognition, better call management!
Low capacity switches are compatible with Caller ID service and users of single line telephones (SLT) and analog telephones (APT) can see the caller ID on their display. With up to 20 recent call center phones and up to 300 calls in total for the entire system (Call log), it is easy to call the registered entry numbers.
- Optional card required to enable this feature.
SMS routing
Short Message Service (SMS) is an affordable and popular way to send text messages between fixed and mobile lines. By customizing the system, you can send your text messages directly to the single-line telephone (SLT), ensuring that your messages arrive quickly and securely (privately) to the target user.
