Rotameter ACA02 (custom)

In rotameters (flowmeters with variable surface), the fluid flow is passed vertically, from bottom to top, inside a transparent conical tube. Inside this cone, there is a float whose volumetric mass (density) is greater than the fluid's volumetric mass. The increase in fluid flow causes the float to move upwards. Therefore, the position of the float will be a measure of the amount of fluid flow. In the figure below, the rotameter with a glass body is shown.

Due to the use of a glass tube in the ACA02 model rotameter, it can be used to measure the flow rate of corrosive gases and liquids. Among the applications of this type of rotameter, we can mention oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, food, industrial and research laboratories, etc.
