Alvan pool paint is based on water-resistant and fast-drying resins and has high adhesion to concrete, brick and cement surfaces and has good impact and abrasion resistance. This paint is generally recommended for painting swimming pools and freshwater ponds. Water resistance, good drying time, excellent coating strength, abrasion resistance, impact, sunlight and ultraviolet are the features of this product.
Usage
Surface Preparation Fill the pool first with water and drain the water after two weeks to remove all the alkali solids from the surface, then wipe the surface with a brush. Staining should be done after drying completely in the sun.
How to Apply Dye Alvan Pool Paint with a Thin Amount of Pool Thinner (ALCO-2800) or Thin Alphan Alvan (ALCO-3234) Apply one hand of pool paint to cover all pores and pores and fine pores. Apply the next layer after 24 hours. Brush is preferably used for painting to penetrate the paint into the concrete pores and create more adhesion. The amount of thinner-to-paint mix depends on the ambient temperature, surface area, and the staining device. But under normal staining conditions, the thinner-to-paint blend rate is 45% -40% by brush and 50% -45% by spray. Depending on the weather conditions, fill the pool with water after 72 hours to a week of color drying.
Washing After washing, wash hands, paint tools or materials on the ground with a white spirit solvent and dry. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions when using white spirit solvent.
SAFETY AND STORAGE Keep container contents dry, cool, and in direct sunlight, with proper ventilation. After use, close the container door tightly. The best time to use is 48 months after the date of production if you have proper storage conditions. When applying paint, use appropriate ventilation and masking and open doors and windows if possible. Wash hands after use. If swallowed or in contact with eyes (after rinsing with plenty of water), seek medical attention.
