Controller system
The M1 automatic car wash has a PLC with integrated modules and a flexible structure that enables optional equipment to be connected. With this control system, all washing operations are carried out automatically and on schedule. This control panel has a 6.3-inch color display and has the ability to define several different programs for washing and adjusting detergent consumption.

Shampoo and rinse spray nozzles
This automatic gate washer has the following nozzles:
6 nozzles for spraying shampoo with 3 times pressure spraying and 82.5 l / min
2 External nozzles for drainage and spraying with 3 times spray pressure and 19.6 liters / min

Vertical and horizontal brushes
The M1 automatic car wash has two vertical wash brushes for body wash and a horizontal brush for roof cleaning. The Link Free brushes are reinforced in polyethylene and allow for thorough car wash due to the high density of flexible filaments without causing scratches or damage to the vehicle. The movement speed and angle of the two vertical brushes are adjustable to the body of the car, thus increasing the quality and accuracy of the car body wash.

Powerful dryer system
The robust 12 kW M1 gate car washer system consists of two upper dryer nozzles and two side dryer nozzles with four turbines each with a power of 3 kW. It has the ability to spray wax, which facilitates and accelerates drying operations, enhances the polish and luminance of the surface and reduces the amount of dust absorbed on the car body.

Mechanized Scouring System
The device can be equipped with two types of lubricants, as requested by the customer, consisting of a constant pressure wash with a pressure of 10 bar and a discharge of 90 liters per minute or a rotary wash with a pressure of 15 bar and a discharge of 120 liters per minute.

Rinse brush
Optional M1 automatic car washer brushes are made of thick polyethylene and come in two flat and spiral models that allow access to the inner rims of the car and wash the wheels of the car with the highest quality.
