Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI):

All activities related to the quality, quantity and price attestation, including the exchange rate, financial condition or customs value, and the classification of the goods to be exported to the customs territory of the buyer's country. In other words, the inspection before carrying out an activity is that an inspection body is directly employed by an importer (government agency, company, or other applicant) or by the importing country to control the proprietary nature of the goods.

 

Certificate of Inspection (COI):

A document is based on which inspection firms certify the conformity of imported goods with the standards, specifications or technical specifications by examining the documentation, inspection of the consignment, sampling and test results.

 

Goods subject to mandatory enforcement requirements for import:

These are goods which, according to the Supreme Council Standard, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Law on the promotion of quality vehicles and other industrial products, have been implemented in their standard for mandatory imports, and henceforth, for the purpose of abbreviated terms, are called standard goods.

The standardized collection of products is in the form of a list in terms of tariff rows at the organization's information base at WWW.ISIRI.ORG, as well as in the standard offices of the provinces and all customs offices of the country.

 

Acceptable standards:

Standards are accepted by the National Iranian Standards Organization to assess the conformity of imported goods.

The list of all acceptable standards, in addition to the text of the national standards of Iran, is available at the organizational information database at WWW.ISIRI.ORG.

 

Accepted laboratories:

Labs are the test results of which they are quoted in the assessment of conformity of imported goods. These labs include:

(A) Labs certified by ISO / IEC 17025 certified by one of the Approval Authority (AB).

B) laboratories of the organization based in Karaj and provinces

E) approved laboratories approved by the organization (colleges labs) whose competence is in the testing of certain products in accordance with accepted standards.

The names and specifications of these laboratories can be accessed through the organization's information database at WWW.ISIRI.ORG or the provincial standard standards departments.

In order to evaluate the imported goods, in the absence of a partner laboratory, the use of the services of other labs that have the appropriate test equipment, is open to the presence of the expert of the organization or the approved inspection company.

 

1 Requirements for inspection of the cargo area (inspection before departure):

1-1 General

1.1 Inspection may be carried out at the place of manufacture, packaging, vendor's warehouse, customs or port of origin, customs or destination port or place of installation and use, according to the order of inspection.

1-1.2 The time and place of the inspection must be clearly and clearly displayed on the purchase documents. In the absence of the time and place of inspection in the contract of purchase and / or credit, the order and / or the inspection contract, the inspection is carried out at the origin and the time period before the start of the shipment and the issuance of the bill of lading or the delivery of the goods to the freight forwarder.

1-1.3 The scope and scope of the inspection must be clearly and clearly displayed in the purchase documents.

4.1.1 The scope and scope of the inspection shall be applicable and agreed between the buyer and the seller and may include one or more of the following:

A. Inspection of the physical and physical set of goods, equipment, facilities in terms of quantity and quality

B) Sampling and testing of the final product

(C) Examination of materials for raw materials and tests carried out by the vendor and / or manufacturer and tests performed by the Acrodiid Laboratory or third party institutes (third party) valid at different stages of production and completion of the product

C) Supervising the production process from raw material inspection to final product test, examining the manufacturer's or supplier's quality management system in two ways:

- Visits and reviews of facilities, equipment, process control system and production management system

5.1.1 The purchaser shall specify the qualitative, qualitative and standard specifications and the scope and scope of the inspection in terms of the purchase contract and / or the credit, order and / or contract of inspection and other purchasing documents that are consistent and consonant.

6.1.16 The buyer must make the organization as soon as possible in the course of any possible changes affecting the technical specifications, or the quantity and quality of the goods (inspection subject).
