Hard water is one of the major problems in household and industrial applications, especially steam boilers. The main source of sediment, calcium and magnesium ions in the water, are mainly in the form of bicarbonates in the form of white sediments. Of the other intrusive ions, iron ions and manganese are less common. The use of resin hardeners (ion exchange) is one of the most suitable and reliable methods for the removal of intrusive ions, which eliminates the problems by replacing irritating water ions and eliminating them completely. The tank is a hardening device made of stainless steel, FRP, galvanized, and carbon steel with a zinc coating and epoxy coating with a human valve. The tube is made of galvanized, polyethylene and black tubing. The control system is manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. The machine is equipped with a valve for sampling, blowing and pressure gauges. Working pressure, design pressure and pressure are 5, 5.5 & 8 bar respectively and can be increased according to customers' requests.
