Liver, modern refinery in the human body:

Liver or liver is the largest body gland with a weight of 1500 grams located in the upper abdominal quadrant of the abdomen and behind the lower gears. Most metabolic activities, the storage of minerals and vitamins, the conversion of ammonia to urea, and most importantly, act as a filter for blood through this gland. In addition, there is a duct for bile ducts (bile salts are necessary for digestion and absorption of soluble fats and vitamins), so they can be removed through the bile. With the activity of 20% of the liver, life expectancy will be possible, but if this gland stops running, its loss will result in death within a maximum of 24 hours.

Liver tasks

Trapping poisons and purifying them or turning them into more harmless materials such as ammonia to urea conversion
The metabolism of most drugs
Creating various proteins including albumin, prothrombin, fibrinogen, lipoproteins and heparin.
Bile build-up: Bile salts are essential for digestion and absorption of lipids and soluble vitamins.
Glucose (Glucose) Storage: The liver receives glucose into glycogen and stores it. If necessary, the glycogen is converted to glucose again and into the blood stream.
The storage site of fats, vitamins, especially vitamins A, D, E, K, B12.
Mineral salts (iron, folate, copper), triglycerides and other nutrients.
The liver is responsible for cleaning air pollutants, pesticides, cigarette smoke, chemicals, alcohol, drugs, and all our consumable medications.

Fatty Liver

The fat in the liver is normal, but if this amount of fat is more than 5 to 10 percent of the total weight of the liver, the person has a fatty liver disease. The underlying cause of the fatty liver is unknown, but a number of clinical disorders are known as causes of the disease.

The causes of the cause

Obesity: Seventy percent of patients have obese fatty liver.
Diabetes
Hypercholesterolemia (high blood lipids)
Various factors that cause metabolic changes in the body include sudden weight loss, malnutrition, intravenous feeding, and long-term hunger
alcohol consumption

Effective substance:

Milk Thistle: A plant that grows throughout the northern, western, and southern parts of Iran. Marjorum fruit contains a substance called melanin. It is a mixture of flavonoids extracted from the alcoholic extract of dried fruits. The four ingredients in this extract include Silybin, Isosilybin, Silycristin, and Silydianin. The collection of these flavonolignans is called Silimarin.

Treatment for liver, gallbladder, spleen, colic caused by gallstones and jaundice is one of its other uses.

The mechanism of the work:

Silymarin increases the activity of the RNA polymerase in the cellular nucleus, stimulates the synthesis of ribosomal proteins, and enhances the capacity for liver cellular renewal. Acts as an antioxidant and eliminates toxic free radicals. It inhibits the formation of leukotrienes and thus inhibits inflammatory reactions. Silymarin is effective in treating acute and chronic viral hepatitis both. Silymarin and liver between the liver and oxidative stress inhibit the inflammatory processes stimulated by free radicals and secondary cytokines. The protective effects of silymarin and silicone in various tissues suggest the clinical application of these substances along with anticancer drugs to reduce their toxic effects in cancer patients.

Effects:

Prevention:
liver cancer
Hepatic cirrhosis and fatty liver
Liver damage caused by drug, alcohol and toxins
Reduce Hepatic Damage Caused by Chronic Hepatitis.

Dosage :

Once a day, 2 times each time with 1 meal or as prescribed by the doctor

Contraindications:

Pregnant and lactating women

Caution:

Keep out of the reach of children. Talk to your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Talk to your doctor before taking any medicine if you have liver disease or taking any medicine.
