Following on from its previous flagship smartphone, the G7, with a 5.5-inch full-HD display, the G8 boasts a Snapdragon 615 64-bit eight-core processor and Adreno 405 graphics accelerator.
According to Huawei, we will see two versions of the smartphone, one with 2GB of RAM and the other with 3GB of RAM. The 2GB version will have 16GB of internal storage and the 3GB of RAM will have 32GB of internal storage. Both devices will support up to 64 GB of memory card.
The camera also features a 13-megapixel rear camera with PureCel sensor and dual LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is powered by Android 5.1 laptops and Huawei's Emotion UI interface with a 3000 mAh battery and 4G LTE connectivity.
It will be available in white, gold and black.
