For the final coating of these valves, electrostatic furnace colors are used. After completing the production steps, the valves are acid washed to remove any grease dust and other particles, and after applying the desired undercoating (it is selected according to the type of metal and a different coating is used for each type of metal), it is sprayed on the camwire line. and are placed in the oven. At this stage, the color required by the customers is sprayed on the surface and the vents enter the oven during the baking stage.
